There are many nooks and crannies to explore, with multiple courtyards and patios perfect for reading, picnics, napping, or just soaking in the sun. An infinity pool and deck are perched above the house with views of Harrington sound. The upper deck lies above the pool and features a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, a yoga deck and breathtaking panoramic ocean views over the Sound. Beneath the house lies the former the tourist attraction of the house's namesake. Take lighted stairs down to one of the most expansive caves on the island that also features a deck and ladder into the water. The water and air stay the same temperature all year round and afford guests an unforgettable experience. Leamington Caves is situated less than 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Hamilton, and 5 minutes from Rosewood Tucker's Point. Leamington Caves be rented separately or together with a 3-bedroom cottage (pending availability). Additionally, there is a $450 cleaning fee on top of the 4.5% tax required for vacation rentals.
