UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, water, sewer, phone, internet, and cable TV or satellite. The resident is also responsible for removing snow from the patio/deck. The resident is required to have or obtain renter's insurance.

NEIGHBORHOOD: The Racquet Club community is located in the center of the highly desired Park Meadows neighborhood and is next door to Park City’s Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center (PC MARC), which is a state-of-the-art fitness center home to outdoor pools and tennis courts.
